The properties are located in Wakefield, West Yorkshire and belong to bricklayer-turned-entrepreneur Nigel Coxan.
47-year-old Nigel, who owns more than 60 properties in Yorkshire, said: "I saw that there had been a few house raffles recently and thought it was a great idea.
"I just thought it would be a really nice way to potentially change someone's life who wouldn't be able to afford it otherwise."
The property maverick added that the raffle appealed to his "entrepreneurial side".

He said: "I've had offers for the buildings, including from a pension fund, but I just thought this would be a more exciting way to sell the apartments.
"Whoever buys a ticket is in with a much higher chance of winning than if they bought a lottery ticket.
"I'm really excited at the thought of getting a winner and helping someone."
The 13 apartments are all one or two bed-properties and already have professionals renting the property.
If the thought of managing a property portfolio is intimidating, it's worth noting that the two buildings, which sit 50 yards from each other, are fully managed with an on-site maintenance team.

All of which makes looking after the portfolio a cinch.
Plus, the new landlord can manage the property from anywhere in the world - meaning they can kick back whilst raking in the cash.
Nigel started out as a bricklayer and bought his first property in the mid-nineties, building up his impressive portfolio from there.
He is raffling off the properties as he wants to downsize his portfolio to focus on other business interests.
The savvy entrepreneur says he has more properties to raffle off too if this competition is successful.

The dad-of-two will donate £50,000 to charity Prostate Cancer UK if all 400,000 tickets go, as his father is recovering from the disease.
There will also be a runner up cash prize of £10,000.
The competition ends on April 26 2021 - the date of Nigel's birthday - and will be successful if more than 70 per cent of all tickets sell. You can enter here.
