A woman has spread confusion among shoppers after questioning whether The Range is actually called 'The Orange'.
Writing on social media, the woman pointed out that the homeware store's blue logo also features an 'R' within an orange circle - which kind of looks like it reads 'The Orange'.

"So I blew my own mind today. I realised that The Range has an R in an orange circle as their logo, but I can't unsee it as saying anything other than Orange now??" The woman wrote on Facebook.
"Has it been called The Orange all along and we've not noticed? Honestly I am baffled. Someone please explain this to me and restore my faith in humanity."
And once the woman pointed it out, others were just as baffled, with one person adding: "I can't unsee it now."
While another said: "Until you mentioned it, I've never noticed it before. That's what lockdown does for you."
Twitter went into overdrive at the observation, with many people reaching out to the store and demanding answers. In fact, so many people got in touch that The Range had to take to social media themselves to set the record straight.

"We've received so many messages about this viral post," they wrote.
"It's taken you all a while to notice. We do love the colour O-Range but all jokes aside we are officially called 'The Range'."
But despite The Range confirming, one shopper added: "Calling it The Range is old school. It's The Orange for me from now on..."
"Wait whattttttt now I will only refer to it as orange," added another.
