With everything that's been going on this year, many of us have had trips, holidays and weddings cancelled due to Covid-19.

So when things do get up and running again (and hopefully, that will be soon) most of us will want to get away for a break, especially after spending three months staring at the same four walls!

Now, a digital marketing agency has revealed how you can nab almost a month of holiday, using just 11 days of your annual leave.

There are two opportunities to do this in 2020. As agency AGY47 explain, using just a few days of annual leave around the August bank holiday - which falls on the weekend of the 29th, 30th and 31st August - Brits could bag a longer break.

"The summer bank holiday falls on 31st August 2020. By taking just four days annual leave, Brits could enjoy nine days away from work," they explain.

"If travel restrictions are eased by then, it could be the perfect chance for a late summer getaway."

But that's not all. It's a similar story in December, too. Brits could get 10 days off work between Christmas Day and 3rd January - and all they need to do is book three days of annual leave.

"With multiple bank holidays over the Christmas period, a little annual leave can go a long way in December - ideal for those looking for winter sun or a festive ski trip," said AGY47.

"10 days off work are up for grabs between 25th December and 3rd January, using up just three days annual leave for working days on 29th, 30th and 31st December."

Or, using just seven days of annual leave between 19th December and 3rd January means you could enjoy 16 days off.

And if you fancy being mega organised, the agency also revealed how you can plan ahead for holidays in 2021, too.

For example, in April, you could enjoy 10 days off work (between 2-11th April) using just four days holiday.

And if you fancy getting an early summer getaway booked in May, booking four days off work from 1st to 9th May or 29th May to 6th June, means you could enjoy nine days in total.

Not gonna' lie it would be so nice to get a 2020 Christmassy trip booked - especially on those days in between Christmas and New Year where we lose all sense of time!

Might be time to book that annual leave before everyone else does, guys!
