For some of us, getting on the housing ladder is just a distant dream. But now one lucky individual could be in with a chance of winning a three-bedroom apartment just outside London, for the price of a raffle ticket.

Daniel Twenefour is raffling off a sleek flat near Purley for just £2 a ticket. The only catch is that anyone wishing to enter also needs to answer a question about the area, so get swotting up guys!

The 29-year-old has form too. Back in June, he successfully raffled off a flat he couldn't sell, also for £2 a ticket, and managed to exceed his £200,000 target for the three-bed house in Mitcham, south London. Now he's at it again.

So what would the lucky winner get?

The prize includes a stunning three-bedroom apartment close to Purley in Surrey (and easily commutable to London). Free from stamp duty and legal fees, this is a catch-free chance to own a home without a mortgage.

Spread over 1,100sq ft, this stunning apartment, which is valued at £425,000, features a spacious open-plan living area, three double bedrooms, a family bathroom and second shower room off the master bedroom.

There's also a private balcony and the lucky winner gets an allocated parking space too.

Daniel hopes to sell 250,000 tickets to cover costs and legal fees, as well as to make a donation to mental health charity Mind, but if this amount is not reached, the winner will be given 70 per cent of the money raised instead.

After being inundated with emails and requests to do it again after the success of his last property raffle, Daniel has teamed up with his two brothers, Jason and Will, this time as well as a homeowner in Whyteleafe, Surrey, who was struggling to find a buyer for his flat.

Daniel told Metro: "Most of these messages and emails ended with 'when are you going to do it again' so I spoke with my brothers about it and we decided to give it another go."

And we're glad he has - as this flat looks incredible!
