A 100-year-old woman has revealed her top tips for living a long life and it's all to do with dancing.
Grandmother-of-four Dinkie Flowers, from Shoreham-by-Sea, Sussex, celebrates her 100th birthday today and has marked the very special occasion with her regular dance and exercise routine.

Rather than sitting down with a slice of birthday cake, the former pro dancer has been doing her daily dance and keep fit lesson - and raising money for the NHS at the same time - which she credits as the reason for getting to 100.
Dinkie started dancing aged three and once travelled the world to show off her incredible skills, including to Baghdad where she danced in front of the Iraqi royal family.
She also performed for Prince Philip at an Ice Gala in 1952, for which she received a royal letter of thanks.
In fact, Dinkie was still running dancing and fitness classes from her garage, right up until the first lockdown.
The mum-of-one said: "Everybody says to me - what would you like to do if you could start all over again?
''I've always said this is what I'd do, I wouldn't change a thing."
Dinkie's fitness routine includes three 45 minute keep fit sessions and three 20 minute walks a week, which she's doing to raise money for the NHS Charities Together.
She added: "I love it. I love dancing. I hate telling people [when they ask] 'how old are you Dinkie'?
"What the hell does it matter how old I am? I'm still living and I'm still going strong. It doesn't matter whether I'm 30 or 100!
"I'm a terror for work. I don't work because I like it. I work because I love it. I think the thing is, not to sit on your bum all day. Do things. I have never stopped."
Dinkie also enthuses getting up and moving about, no matter how old you are, and insists that "anyone can dance, even if it's only a little".
"It gives you the world of good for one thing. You're using your body. I mean, how does anybody expect in this world to have a good body, walk well, feel well, if they're not doing anything? It's impossible."
A couple of years ago, at the age of 98, she even made her TV debut when she auditioned to be on The Greatest Dancer.
