Sometimes a weekend in Marbs or a night out in the big city just won't cut it for some brides when it comes to hen dos.
Some have slightly more of a quirky take on what makes a good party, like going to Glastonbury for a week to get muddy, party hard while wearing wellies. There really should be no one size fits all when it comes to hen dos.
Which is why hen weekend organising company Go Hen has devised an alternative option: Hen-Fest.

Not only is this weekend more eco-friendly than jetting off 15 of your mates for a weekend in the sunshine (think of your carbon footprint, guys), it'll be a festival-loving bride's dream do.
Once you, as chief bridesmaid, get all your hens signed up, you'll gain access on the chosen weekend to an exclusive glamping site for the bride and her entourage where you can choose from yurts, tipis, cabins and bell tents. Yep, there's not a flimsy pop up tent in sight.
Whilst there, you can relax on the decking surrounded by lanterns or get involved in activities.

The great thing about the idea is that you can mix and match whatever extras you like, ensuring you stay on budget and deliver the most fun weekend a bride could ask for.
Choose from adding on live bands, silent discos, fire pits, BBQs, hog roasts, butlers in the buff, inflatable assault courses, hot tubs and more - the list is endless. Plus, imagine a live band on your hen do? Glasto eat your heart out!
The costs vary depending on the add-ons, but there are some pre-set packages you can choose from here all around the £200 mark, including one in Norfolk for £199 per person (based on a minimum of 16 people attending). It includes two nights glamping, a hot tub, on site beauty treatments, afternoon high tea and a live acoustic two-man band. Swoon.
Or go wild and ask for a personalised option to make it extra special for the woman of the weekend.
Go Hen's head of events, Poppy Golby, said: "With the advent of cheap air travel, jetting off abroad for your big weekend is easier than ever.

"However, we wanted to show that you don't have to travel to the far-flung corners of the globe to give the bride an amazing, unique send-off.
"Festival-themed weddings have surged in popularity in recent years and we've pioneered the world's first mini-festivals for hens.
"Not only are they spectacularly fun, but you will also reduce your carbon footprint whilst you're at it."
You don't need to ask us twice. Dream hen alert.
