You Can Buy Christmas Tree Beds For Your Cat

When December rolls around, if you own a cat, putting up a tree can be quite problematic. But no longer will you have an issue, not now you can buy your cat its very own Christmas tree that doubles up as a cosy bed.

During the festive period, the sweet-for-eleven-months-a-year kitty suddenly turns into a devil at the sight of the pretty baubles hanging off the Christmas tree, batting at them with their paws.

You know, the shiny new glittery baubles you've just splashed out especially on to match your colour scheme of the year.

Some cats take it one step further, by attempting to climb the tree and it all gets quite exhausting.

But now, your feline can get into the Christmas spirit without making you furious - all they need is one of the miniature pet Christmas tree caves that are popping up everywhere.

The 'caves' are actually Christmas tree-shaped cat beds and they are adorable.

Complete with colourful baubles, that are soft and therefore shatter-proof (thankfully), your cat can play with this miniature tree to their heart's content with the added bonus of being able to curl up inside and sleep when they've tired themselves out from all the playing.

I know what you're thinking. You think there's no way your cat will opt for this tree over your real one. But, if you opt for the one from Etsy, the scent of the sheep's wool should be enough to entice them in.

According to Twin Critters, cats are attracted to Lanolin oil which is found in sheep's wool.

Whatever the reason, it seems likely your feline will want to head into this woolly cave.

Unfortunately, the woolly version from MeowFelt at Etsy has quite the price tag attached at £141.35. The reason being that it's completely handmade.

But, if you're happy with one without wool, you can shop a bargain version on Amazon here for £17.08.

It doesn't boast the Lanolin oil to entice your pet, but all kitties love dark warm spaces to cuddle up in, so here's hoping they'll choose this furry nice festive tree over your carefully decorated one this Christmas.
