Horror heads, brace yourselves.
A first-of-its-kind immersive horror bar is coming to London, and it's the stuff of nightmares - in the best way possible.
The crafty mixologists at Kraken Black Spiced Rum have teamed up with legendary Hollywood director and all-round king of horror Neil Marshall to bring you Kraken Screamfest: Director's Cut.
Known for his work on The Descent, Dog Soldiers and Game of Thrones, cinema mastermind Marshall has built his very own house of horror from what he calls "his darkest imaginings".
Every last detail has been trick-or-treated to the director's signature ghoulish touch, from the haunting set design to the special menu of spook-themed Kraken Rum cocktails.
Visitors will be greeted at the doorway by a band of lost souls called The Unrisen, but are they friend or foe?
Beyond that, we don't know much - like a skeleton tucked in the darkest closet, Marshall wants his creation kept under wraps. Surprises are sure to lurk in every shadowy corner.
"I can promise that this will not be for the faint hearted," said Marshall. "The Kraken is famed for explosive experiences, and I'm excited for fans to see a little Hollywood magic sprinkled on its Halloween proceedings."
Well, you've been warned: this is no tame Hocus Pocus affair. If you scare easy, this isn't for you.
Take note, the director's last Halloween experience sold out in moments. Don't sleep! ...You certainly won't afterwards.
We need a rum cocktail just thinking about it. Drink up - as The Kraken say "it may be your last order - ever".
The 45-minute experience runs on two days, 31st October and 1st November, with several scream-inducing slots per evening from 3:30pm-10:30pm.
Tickets are priced at £25 per person and include three killer Kraken cocktails. These can be purchased via Universe.
The event will take place at 2083 Acton Mews, Haggerston, London E8 4DG.
