While at home over lockdown, many people will be looking to keep their fitness up with online HIIT videos.
But having a PT bark out orders through a screen can feel a little repetitive sometimes. That's where these Disney Channel workouts come in....
If you're a 90s kid, you'll no doubt have spent your childhood watching Lizzie McGuire and Hannah Montana on your telly every day.

And now the super nostalgic duo can be part of your workouts too. Who says fitness can't be fun?!
Yep, shared on Youtube channel Jazmataz, the fitness class was inspired by vlogger @Madfit, and performed by Jaz, who simply enjoyed ten minutes worth of high intensity dancing and shimmying to Disney bangers.

Jaz told visitors: "I have been doing dance workouts to cheer myself up when I'm sad at 11:30pm.
"Thought I would contribute my own content in hopes that it can make someone else just as happy."
She then advised: "Don't think of this as a workout, but more of a GUIDED dance party. Exercise should be fun and not painful - if this is not fun to you, please click the f*ck off and go do something that IS fun instead".

Songs include Strut by The Cheetah Girls, Nobody's Perfect by Hannah Montana (aka Miley Cyrus) and - our personal fave - What Dreams Are Made Of by Lizzie McGuire.
But if you thought this would just be a walk in the park, you'd be wrong. We can promise you you'll be huffing and puffing by the end. Honestly, the girl's got moves.
The dance workout includes everything from side steps to booty boosting squats and a hell of a lot of high tempo jogging.
But our favourite part is Jaz's commentary in the background. At one point she says: "You can do it, I was dying," in a voiceover over the footage.
This is the perfect combination of honesty and positive reinforcement that we need when working out.

We promise you, you'll be dancing away all morning.
