With a month of lockdown ahead of us, many people will be looking for workouts to do at home to keep them active.

You'll remember when we hunted out the best Disney workouts workouts to do last lockdown - alongside many other quirky fitness routines - but what about those of us whose favourite character is the villain, rather than the princesses?

Well, now there's a Disney villain HIIT workout on Youtube for them, too - and it's full of easy moves set to Disney bangers fans of all things evil will know and love.

Check it out below:

The cardio workout is only 20 minutes, and is made up of fast, impactful dance moves which are sure to get your blood pumping.

With everything from high kicks to side-lunges and butt-toning squats to boot, you might be huffing and puffing after this workout, but we can guarantee you'll still be singing along until the very end.

Music that features in the workout includes Mother Knows Best from Rapunzel - sung by Gothel - Poor Unfortunate Souls, sung by Usula in The Little Mermaid and Friends On The Other Side, from Dr. Facilier in Princess and the Frog.

This is one for all the Disney villain fans (

Other songs featured include Shiny from Moana, Gaston from Beauty and the Beast, Cruella De Vil from 101 Dalmatians and Trust In Me from The Jungle Book.

We're honestly sold already.

"Yesss! We know they give the villains the true bops!," wrote one fan of Kyra's workouts in the comments.

Meanwhile another agreed: "Omg! I love it! I've always preferred the villains songs and you've used some of my absolute faves. Can't wait to give this a go tomorrow!"

Kyra Pro has soared in popularity thanks to many of her fun workouts in the last year, including her Greatest Showman dance workout and her Hamilton routine - which has developed somewhat of a cult fanbase.

We never thought anybody could have us exercising for hours, but - honestly - Kyra might be the one.
