Gangnam, dabbing, flossing... social media loves a good dance craze. And the latest dance taking over the feeds is the #threemovechallenge, a routine with (you guessed it) three moves.
Thousands of people on Instagram and TikTok are swiping their arms across their chests, bending their knees and making heart shapes with their hands. But who started it? Well, we did.
Checking your boobs regularly isn't easy to remember, but we thought - what if it was turned into a dance routine?

So we teamed up with breast cancer awareness charity CoppaFeel! to remind young people to get to know their boobs on the channels they love most.
Spreading the messages on Instagram and TikTok was a no-brainer - it's where dance crazes are born, after all. We wanted to spread the message loud and clear that, no matter who you are or how old you are, you're never too young to check your boobs.
Because when you know what's normal, you can tell what is not, and it could save your life.

We worked on the dance with Natasha Mould, a choreographer for the West End and Strictly Come Dancing, and she came up with the memorable routine to show you the simplest way to check your boobs.
Checking them is so important because early detection really makes a difference. Breast cancer survival in the UK has doubled in the last 40 years - the earlier breast cancer is detected, the sooner you can have treatment.
Around 2,200 women under 39 are diagnosed in the UK every year. Breast cancer is really not just something older women get.

The #ThreeMoveChallenge was inspired by the Life Saving Lingerie campaign with CoppaFeel! and boohoo. Find out more here.
Singer Raye, whose song plays in the background of our video, is totally on board - she shared the dance with her quarter of a million followers.
So, check out the dance and then your boobs. Altogether now...
