Whose up for a trip to South Carolina?

If you're guilty of watching endless videos of cute pigs on Instagram, we have some good news. An animal sanctuary in South Carolina is looking for official pig cuddlers.

Job requirements include regular belly scratches, talking to them and even feeding them cookies in a bid to prepare the piggies for adoption. It's a tough gig, but someone's got to do it, right?!

The ad was posted on Facebook by South Carolina rescue farm, Cotton Branch Farm Sanctuary in the US, who is looking for kind-hearted animal lovers to help the piggies.

"Do you want to help make a huge difference in the lives of the pigs of Cotton Branch?" The ad read.

"Come help socialise our adoptable residents so they can move into our adoption programme with ease!

"Belly scratches, cookies, sitting with and even just talking to our pig friends can get them ready for their new home.

"... What is better than to cuddle with piggies?!"

Literally, nothing.

As we know, cuddling our own fur babies is linked to reduced stress levels, so its hugely beneficial for our wellbeing as well as theirs.

Keen volunteers have already been flocking to the post, with many expressing their sadness at living too far away.

One wrote: "Darn, I wish I lived close by, I'd be there in a flash! Ah well, for those lucky enough to enjoy these special piggies, enjoy!"

While another said: "I just love pigs, they are sweet precious animals. I would love to take a trip to your sanctuary and cuddle these cuties. God Bless you for saving them and the other animals."

The New York Post report that the little pigs were rescued from an upsetting hoarding situation in Kentucky.

Other keen volunteers were quick to tag their pals to arrange a road trip - which is *exactly* what we plan on suggesting in the group chat.
