To be honest with you, we thought there was no way we could spend any more of lockdown staring at a screen.
But then we found out that there's a live puppy cam you watch watch from home, and we pretty much signed our lives away on the spot.
Brought to us by nonprofit, Canine Companions for Independence, the live YouTube footage allows us to watch a whole bunch of puppies eat, sleep play and grow in their California home.

They've got it all in their enclosure: we're talking a toy slide, tons of inflatable toys to mess around with, and, of course, each other.
Have you ever seen anything cuter?!
The golden retrievers, Labrador retrievers and mixed puppies are being bred by the non-profit for a very important reason - they're set to become assistance dogs for people with disabilities.

Canine Companions for Independence looks after the newborns at its headquarters in Santa Rosa, California before sending them out to temporary homes to be trained, and then on to an academy to learn more advanced skills.
Once they're fully trained up, they're then offered free of charge to a disabled person in need of a helping hand. There are currently 400 people waiting for the service, so they're very important little fur babies.
And just look at the amazing things they can do:
The pups are available to watch here from 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. PST (they're based in the US) - that's 4.00pm to 1.00am BST.

But that works out pretty perfectly for us, as it means we can watch the pups before dozing off to sleep, and hopefully dream about them, too!
Watch the pups right here.
If, following this very important PSA, you're going to spend your lockdown hours watching these pups intently (and who isn't?) we encourage you to donate to help the charity, too.
You can support to Canine Companions and help them continue their incredible work here.
