It's been three months since Chrissy Teigen and John Legend tragically lost their baby son Jack, and taking to Instagram, Chrissy has shared a tearful video following a recent therapy session.

Sharing the deeply personal moment with her 33.5 million Instagram followers, Chrissy filmed herself with tears streaming down her face saying: "This is like a post-therapy face filter," adding "those are boogers" after sniffing heavily.

It comes after the model turned social media influencer told fans she was taking her first shower since the ordeal, after being restricted to baths for weeks due to her pain.

Chrissy also went on to write an article on Medium about her loss, in an attempt to put it into words.

Sharing screenshots of the piece on Instagram, she wrote: "I didn't know how to come back to real life so I wrote this piece for Medium with hopes that I can somehow move on but as soon as I posted it, tears flew out because it felt so.... final. I don't want to ever not remember Jack."

She also thanked "everyone who has been so kind", the "incredible doctors who tried so hard" to make their "third life a reality", along with her friends and family, and her husband, singer John Legend.

"A lot of people think of the woman in times like this but I will never forget that John also suffered through these past months, while doing everything he could to take care of me," Teigen added.

"I am surrounded, in a human therapy blanket of love. I am grateful and healing and feel so incredibly lucky to witness such love."
