You can now rent a Barbie-themed beach house in sunny Santa Monica as the ultimate backdrop for your next Instagram photoshoot.

While the property boasts six bedrooms and six bathrooms, owners aren't exactly advertising it for an overnight stay.

Rather, the Barbie beach house is available to rent for shooting film scenes, holding shoots, and hosting the cast and crew for whatever production you may be working on. What else would you expect from California?

As well as dreamy ocean views, an outdoor pool, and countless other amenities, the beach house is full to the brim with super bright furnishings that would have you convinced Barbie could walk in at any minute.

From fluffy, hot pink carpets to multi-coloured kitchen cabinets, every single space in this house offers the perfect backdrop - if you're willing to fork out some serious cash.

The beach house is available to rent from $570 (£470) per hour. Not per night. Per hour.

Those interested in renting the space are also required to book it for a minimum requirement of ten hours, meaning you're signing up to spend at least $5,700 (£4,700).

Rates also increase if you're bringing along a cast and crew of more than 15 people.

One of the property's main attractions is the ultra-pink master bedroom.

As well as bright pink french doors and a bubble chair, Barbie's bedroom is complete with a pole and platform and a swing suspended above the bed - just like our bedrooms at home!

Other stand-out features in the Barbie beach house include a swimming pool and hot tub, an outdoor basketball court, a BBQ grill, a balcony (a.k.a Ken's Lounge) home gym and spiral staircase - to name but a few.
