Flat Hunters Spot 'Couple Having Sex' In Rental House Advert

Flat hunting can be pretty stressful. Often, you see properties that come up with nasty surprises like black mould or an outrageous excuse for a bedroom.

But this one had the ultimate shocker.

The advert for a rental flat featured an interesting shape on its sofa that has people guessing about whether it's actually a couple having sex.

The flat has three bedrooms, a bathroom and is located in Guindalera, Madrid for €990 (£834.56) per month. All of it seemed pretty standard at first but one of the images included in the advert had eyebrows raised.

In a picture of the apartment's living room shows a grey sofa with a red sheet covering something on top.

The shape of the object under the sheet caused confusion with the image being shared in a tweet alongside the caption: “Is there someone there?”.

The tweet currently has over 600 likes and has plenty of replies filled with people guessing at what the shape could be.

Obviously, there were some rude assumptions about what could be found under the sheet.

One person replied: “Is the couple that f***s on the couch included in the price? Is it to make menage a trois or is it that I can charge you part of the €990 month?”

Another Twitter user wrote: “Let’s see, it’s two people f***ing right? Clearly”.

Someone else joked along: “Furnished and with surprise under the sheets, what more could you wish for for only €990? Not even Kinder eggs give you so much for so little.”

Others had a less vulgar idea of what could be on the sofa, but still pretty weird.

One person went more paranormal: “Is anyone else seeing the ghost on the couch? Please tell me that you see it too.”

Another mentioned how a ghostly feature sweetened the deal for them: “With ghost included, it seems like a bargain".

But someone else disagreed, saying a couple having sex is probably the better option: “Well I almost prefer it to finding a poltergeist”.

Well then, best to remember to always check if the ghost on the sofa is included in the rent or not.
