If you're obsessed with all things Biscoff (and really, who isn't?) then we've got a brand new recipe for you to try.
Say hello to Biscoff Espresso Martinis - a delicious blend of espresso, vodka, creamy caramel liqueur, mouthwatering Biscoff spread and those all important Biscoff biscuits.

And they're so easy to make, requiring just a handful of ingredients. You'll also need a martini glass and a blender for the best results.
We've popped a handy recipe and how-to below, so you can make these just in time for this weekend. Feel free to alter your measurements/ingredients to suit your requirements!
Recipe
Ingredients
Coffee liqueur
30ml espresso or coffee
Shot of vodka
30g Biscoff spread
Biscoff biscuits
Ice
Method
- Make 30ml of coffee, or an espresso shot. Allow it to cool.
- Blend with ice, vodka, coffee liqueur and Biscoff spread.
- Once blended, pour into your martini glass.
- Sprinkle with crushed Biscoff biscuits and coffee beans to garnish!
