Zac Efron is heading back Down Under. After a successful first season in 2020, Netflix has decided to go on a lot more adventures with Zac - filming has begun on the second season of Down To Earth With Zac Efron.
In the new season, Zac travels around Australia with wellness expert Darin Olien in search of healthy and sustainable ways to live. Zac explores beautiful locations as he seeks to find educational and interesting cultures, food and customs.

Filming has begun in Australia and it's expected to premiere sometime in 2022.
Zac confirmed the news on Twitter with a picture of himself and Darin during a Welcome To Country ceremony lead by an Aboriginal Elder on Instagram.
In one snap, Zac and Darin had white paint on their faces and each wore a traditional red head-band.
Zac followed that with an image of the the pair sitting cross-legged on the grass during the ceremony.

Fans will remember that the actor visited Iceland, France, Costa Rica, Sardinia, Lima, Puerto Rico, London in the UK and Iquitos but this season will be slightly different due to Covid-19 restrictions.
Zac's rugged new look also caused quite the stir on social media, with fans shocked by the formerly babyfaced High School Musical teen heartthrob transforming into a hunky bearded hipster.
Thirsty viewers were quick to air their thoughts on the actor's newly 'thicc' and 'beardy' physique, with some fans claiming he now had a 'dad bod'.
Judging by the first look at season two, it looks like the infamous beard won't be back. Boo!

After the first season dropped in July, the actor-turned-documentary film maker blessed us with lots of behind-the-scenes snaps.
Zac could be seen staring in awe at a series of monuments, walking through cobbled streets and shooting the breeze with co-star Darin
Zac moved to Australia temporarily last year where he has stayed there throughout the pandemic and lockdown.
People reports that he loves Australia so much he might make the move permanent.
Down To Earth With Zac Efron will return to Netflix in 2022.
