Edwina Bartholomew was reporting for Australia's breakfast show Sunrise on Seven, when a white SUV drove up behind her.
Just as she was wrapping up her report, a little boy called her to the car, before giving her a middle finger with a cheeky grin on his face.
The presenter replayed the clip, calling him a "little rotter" before describing the area as "the mean streets of Windsor."
Edwina then joked: "Wait 'til I get my hands on him!"
The reporter, and many others, was waiting outside Windsor in the hopes of getting some new information on the brand new royal baby, who was born in the early hours of Monday 6th May.
