Ever since the trailer dropped for Selling Sunset Season 3, we've been counting down the days until its release.

And now the time is very nearly here!

In case you need a recap, the reality show follows a group of real estate agents working in Los Angeles' luxury and lucrative property market.

There's Mary, Christine, Chrishell, Maya, Heather and Davina and of course - like any good reality show - there's heaps of drama as the team navigate work alongside their personal lives.

And Season 3 of the show looks like it's going to be very juicy indeed. There'll be plenty of drama, bickering and not only will we finally see Christine tie the knot, but we'll also hear about Chrishell's divorce from Justin Hartley.

In the trailer, Christine can be heard explaining: "I just got a Google alert from TMZ... Justin Hartley files for divorce" before adding: "I really want to be excited for my wedding but obviously it's overshadowed by Chrishell's divorce."

Uh-oh, we can feel a huge row coming on...

Later in the clip, Chrishell can be seen in floods of tears at the breakdown of her marriage, explaining: "The crazy way in which this went down, people want answers. I want answers."

Of course, as well as all the personal drama, there'll also be plenty of luxurious properties to gush over as the Oppenheim Group agents compete for the million dollar commission.

If you haven't yet watched the show, you can also catch up on the first two seasons over on Netflix now.

It's also created by the same people who brought us The Hills *and* fans have been calling the series the "best reality show on telly" ever since it dropped earlier this year.

The third season will drop on Friday 7th August and while it's currently unconfirmed, we're expecting it'll feature eight episodes - which is definitely bingeable in one weekend, right?
