The moment we've been waiting for is finally upon us - the third season of Killing Eve will launch in the UK on Monday (13th April) and we are *so* excited.

For months, we've been waiting for news of its arrival, with the show sharing all kinds of teaser clips and images to keep us in suspense. But now, with the ongoing lockdown meaning we're binging more telly than ever, Series 3 has come at the perfect time.

In the UK, Killing Eve will begin on Monday 13th April, via BBC iPlayer. It arrives on the streaming platform the day after it launches in the US and a new ep will be available every Monday from 6am.

You can also watch it the good old fashioned way on BBC One - it begins on the channel just under a week later, on Sunday 19th April with a new episode every Sunday evening at 9pm.

Last week, creators released the Series 3 trailer which sees Villanelle (Jodie Comer) in full clown costume, dealing with her recent break-up.

"I just had a really bad break-up," Villanelle can be heard saying. "When I think about my ex, I realised, I am so much happier now she's dead."

Villanelle appears to have started a new life for herself in Barcelona, explaining she's "moving up in the world". Until she finds out Eve (Sandra Oh) is still alive, that is. Oh dear.

In the cliffhanger Series 2 finale, which aired in June last year, Villanelle appeared to shoot Eve dead - however in recently released behind-the-scenes images, Eve was pictured sitting on a bench outside London's Liverpool Street station.

In further images released by BBC, the MI6 agent appears to have started a new career as a chef. But how will Villanelle react when she finds Eve is still alive?

This year's series has been written by Susanna Heathcote, taking the helm from Series 1 writer Phoebe Waller-Bridge (aka Fleabag) and Series 2's Emerald Fennell.

As well as stars Jodie Comer and Sandra Oh, Fiona Shaw is back as Carolyn Martens, along with Konstantin (Kim Bodnia).

Eve's estranged husband, Niko Polastri (Owen McDonnell), will also return *and* there'll be a couple of exciting new cast members too.

With the show already having been renewed for a Series 4, it seems there's *lots* more Killing Eve to come. We're so ready to get stuck into the new instalment. Officially counting down the minutes...
