If you're a fan of 'The Great British Bake Off' and don't have the memory of an ageing goldfish, chances are you'll remember the recent 'Stand Up For Cancer' celebrity episode whereBig Narstie was forced to leave the tent halfway through filming.
Following the 33-year-old's departure, it was revealed that he had been forced to quit the competition due to 'illness', leaving host Sandi Toksvig to fill in as 'Little Narstie'...
What an absolute cutie.
But while Sandi did an absolutely stellar job making her own face out of banana bread in place of Big Narstie, viewers were left wondering exactly what had happened to him.
Now, in an interview with Radio Times, the rapper has revealed that he collapsed after the first day of filming due to exhaustion.
He explained: "So f***ing nine days with only 24 hours sleep... I f***ing collapsed, you get me?"
Narstie continued: "I went to hospital. That was a wake up that I really needed to slow down.
"If I haven't rested or I haven't slept or had food or done the normal basic things as a human being, how could I stand in front of a camera and do stuff, you know what I mean?
"It's mad!' When my body just gave up it was crazy! At night I just felt a bit f***ed up and then it all went downhill."
Thankfully, all seems to be well with the TV and music star now. I'm just waiting for a Big/Little Narstie collab to drop. If you're reading this, Narstie, you know what to do.
