New Netflix Drama 'White Lines' Will Be Your New Binge And It's Dropping This Week

Netflix is set to release a new show this week and we can already feel a serious binge-watch coming on.

From the makers of Money Heist, White Lines is a thrilling murder mystery set in Ibiza - which means as well as a gripping murder mystery, we'll also be able to spend several hours dreaming of sun, sea and sand.

The 10-part crime drama centres around a dead body that's found in the Balearic Islands. It turns out the body is that of a legendary Manchester DJ, Axel who has been missing for two decades.

The series follows how the mystery unravels, including how Axel's sister, Zoe (Laura Haddock) returns to Ibiza to find out exactly what happened when her brother disappeared all those years ago.

Filmed around the beautiful Spanish islands, the show is set in hedonistic holiday locations of Majorca and Ibiza. While investigating her brother's disappearance, Zoe must face lies, cover ups and in what will be the biggest challenge, she is forced to confront her own demons, discovering a lot about both Axel and herself.

As she retraces her brother's steps, there's a whole lot of partying and violence as Zoe becomes suspicious of Axel's friends and the company he was keeping all those years ago.

Alongside Laura Haddock (Guardians of the Galaxy, Transformers: The Last Knight) there's a seriously impressive cast, including Daniel Mays (Line of Duty, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story), Marta Milans (Shazam, The Pier), Juan Diego Botto (Good Behaviour), Nuno Lopes (Saint George, Lines of Wellington) and Laurence Fox (Victoria, Lewis).

The show is also from the makers of 'The Crown' (Credit: Netflix)

It's also from the makers of The Crown - so we're expecting pretty big things.

It arrives on Netflix this week, on Friday 15th May and we've got big weekend plans to binge all 10 episodes in one sitting!

Don't forget to add it to your watch list...
