Millions of viewers tuned in to see DCI Kate Fleming as she investigated the identity of H. But the BBC's bent copper series also happened to serve as style inspiration for viewers who sought Kate's sharp and short 'do.
Scottish newspaper The Daily Record has reported a surge in people requesting a Kate Fleming cut since hairdressers have reopened - with Vicky pretty much having the most desirable hair since the 90's now infamous 'The Rachel'.
Glaswegian hairdresser Taylor Ferguson, whose clients have included Lulu and Cherie Blair, told the publication: "Vicky McClure's hair it is very current and that's what people do now. They connect a haircut to a person they know who is current and will show us a photograph of them on their phone."
"We've had some people asking for hair just like Line of Duty's Kate Fleming and it is quite catwalky looking, and like something you'd see in a style magazine."
We think Lana Washington could follow in Kate's footsteps and become a #styleicon.
