Trailer Drops For Kristen Stewart's Lesbian Christmas Rom-Com 'Happiest Season'
Starring Kristen Stewart and Mackenzie Davis, the lesbian rom-com follows loved-up couple Abby and Harper as they prepare to visit Harper's parents for their annual Christmas celebrations.
There's one major issue, though: Harper's family don't know she's gay. As the story unfolds, her secrecy surrounding her sexuality causes Abby to wonder how well she really knows her girlfriend...
Added to that, there's an impending proposal. Abby has planned to pop the question over the festive period, but given the web of lies the couple are having to weave, will she go through with it?
Premiering on Hulu on 25th November, and available to buy and rent in the UK the following day, the movie has a pretty major cast.
Dan Levy (Schitt's Creek) stars as Abby's witty best friend and confidant, while Alison Brie (GLOW) and Mary Holland (Harley Quinn) play Harper's sisters.
Helming the project as director and co-writer, meanwhile, is But I'm a Cheerleader's Clea DuVall.

IMDB announced the release on Instagram, in a post captioned: "This holiday season, everyone's secrets are coming out."
In one poignant scene, a distressed Abby asks: "Do you know how painful it's been to watch the person I love hide me?"
To which Harper replies, teary-eyed: "I'm not hiding you, I'm hiding me."
Going by the trailer, there are plenty of serious moments to balance out the snappy one-liners.
Talking about the movie, Kristen told PEOPLE: "I've wished to see a gay Christmas rom-com my whole life.
"I'm so happy and proud of [writer/director] Clea [DuVall] for bringing this into the world."
