The First ‘To All The Boys: PS I Still Love You’ Trailer Just Dropped

This is not a drill.

The first trailer for the To All The Boys I Loved Before sequel is here, and it's got us so excited.

Netflix's To All The Boys: P.S. I Still Love You isn't landing on our screens until February 12th, but we've finally got a sneak peak to whet our appetites.

The end of the last film, based on the Jenny Han novel, showed Lara Jean Covey (Lana Condor) and Peter Kavinsky (Noah Centineo) appearing to start off their new relationship.

And it looks as if they're very much still together in the new film - although, as is ever the case, it isn't all plain sailing.

The couple are seen on a date for the first time and take a trip back to the lacrosse pitch where it all started.

Yes, there's romance, and swoon-worthy scenes. But it isn't long before there's a spanner in the works, too. And that spanner comes in the form of Lara Jean's former crush, John Ambrose McClaren (Jordan Fisher).

Of course, he had to turn up, didn't he? Peter had better bring his A-game if he wants to keep his new GF.

While we don't see much of John Ambrose McClaren in the trailer, we already know he's going to cause trouble.

From what we do see, there's certainly some lingering eye contact, and the pair's connection is obvious right off the bat.

While the love triangle is obviously a huge part of the plot, there's a lot more going on too.

The trailer also gives us a glimpse of Lara's family life, with cameos from her sister Kitty (Anna Cathcart) and her dad (John Corbett) hinting that they'll also be key figures in the new movie.

When the first instalment landed, it received rave reviews - but then who doesn't love an easy-watch high school movie - especially when it's this lighthearted with a refreshingly honest look at romance?

And the good news is, not only can we expect the sequel to land in 2020, but yet another to come thereafter.
