This Morning sparked a fierce social media debate over whether it is ever okay for men to be topless in public...
Jamie Richardson, who you may remember as the guy who prematurely had 'England 2018 World Cup Winners' tattooed on his stomach, was appearing on the chat show's 'Are Topless Men In Public Inappropriate?' segment, in response to Tesco's recent ban on topless people in its stores.

Sat on the sofa bearing his tattooed chest, Jamie talked about how he works hard in the heat all day and shouldn't be forced to wear a shirt while there's a heatwave.
But his fellow guest Liz Brewer wasn't having any of it, calling him an 'exhibitionist'. Jamie went on in defence of men's bare chests, claiming there must be some sort of 'social divide'.
He said: "I think it's about a class divide. Even in this day, even now."
People watching at home were split down the middle, with plenty of This Morning fans believing that removing your top in public is never okay.
One viewer raged: "It's not fair that it's okay for men to get their tops off! But yet girls would get stopped. They shouldn't be allowed either, some topless men have bigger boobs than me!! #toplessinpublic #ThisMorning."

"Why are they crying on #ThisMorning about men not always being allowed to go topless in the heat when women get grief for breastfeeding their child in public/ wearing anything slightly exposing/ breathing," fumed another.
Somebody else echoed: "Can't stand seeing topless men in town, shops, wherever. Beach, home and private gardens - yes. Otherwise, put a shirt on that sweaty body."
"If it's not ok for women to breast feed in public, then why is it ok for men to go topless in the same public areas?" questioned a final.
Others were a little more open to the idea:
Despite his hard-hitting approach to the defence of the bare chest, it appears the public have spoken, with 63 percent of viewers deciding it is not appropriate to take your top off in public.

"Oh," said a stunned Jamie. "That's very disappointing."
