The Disney fans among us are besides ourselves with excitement for 2021's live action musical reboot of the classic fairytale Cinderella - and the A-list cast just keeps getting better and better.
The new version of the classic has been masterminded by none other than James Corden, and will be written and directed by Kay Cannon, the writer and producer behind Pitch Perfect.
The movie looks like it will do things differently to the original cartoon, with the plot being teased as following an "ambitious young woman whose dreams are bigger than the world will allow".

Cinderella
Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Camila Cabello will be taking the starring role of Cinderella in her feature acting debut. As well as playing the lead character, Camila will also be involved with creating the music for the film.

Former James Bond actor Pierce Brosnan will be taking on the role of the King. He's starred in musicals before - remember his character in Mamma Mia? - so we'll look forward to hearing that singing voice again.
The Fairy Godmother
Tony Award-winning Broadway theatre performer Billy Porter will play the Fairy Godmother in a perfect reimagining of the role. Known for his fantastic singing voice, eye-catching red carpet outfits and award-winning acting in shows such as Pose and Kinky Boots, we can't wait to see what he brings to the movie.

The Evil Stepmother
Tony Award-winning musical icon Idina Menzel, who has starred in everything from Wicked to Frozen, will play the evil stepmother. Considering what a hit she started with Let It Go, we can't wait to hear her singing voice in this film.
Prince Robert
Londoner Nicholas Galitzine has been confirmed as Prince Robert in the remake. After turning to acting by accident, Nicholas has starred in shows such as Netflix's Chambers.
