It took almost two years for the second series of The Split to drop on the BBC, but it was more than worth the wait.
The drama series centred around divorce lawyer Hannah Stern (Nicola Walker), her lawyer family and complicated love life.

It was explosive and hard to tear yourself away from the first time around - and this time it's no different. So, we're not surprised people are binge-watching the whole series in one go.
People took to Twitter to explain they couldn't tear themselves away.
One social media user even meant to watch the series with her pal, but has devoured the six episodes and now is watching it weekly with the friend, pretending she hasn't seen it already.
She penned: "So I binge watched #TheSplit but now have to watch it in sequence every Tuesday with my roomie - cos I said we'd watch it together.I am a bad person".

Another, replying to actor Stephen Mangan who plays Hannah's estranged husband Nathan said: "You and Nicola need to win ALL the awards for this. I've sat and binged every ep today. I laughed lots, cried buckets of tears, gasped for air at points and then cried some more. Excellent storytelling; touching, emotional, and just so real. Brilliantly acted out."
A third added: "The bittersweet moment when a binge watch is complete. If @StephenMangan and the rest of #TheSplit gang could just sort out series 3 ASAP, that would be splendid!"
A fourth commented: "#TheSplit Season 2. Best binge the BBC has given me in ages! I'm totally exhausted but it keeps me hanging on!"

It sounds like we can expect to see more from the Hannah and Christie Carmichael (Barry Astma) relationship - but is she two-timing her husband still to get back at him? Guess we all need to get watching!
We are so team Christie - just saying.
Whatever it brings, it seems like you'll need to clear your diaries for a day, because you're not going to want to turn off the second season.
