Netflix's mind-twisting sci-fi Black Mirror is returning for a fifth series, and the trailer looks like it could be one of the best yet.

Dropping on 5th June, the fifth instalment to the Emmy Award-winning show will feature just three episodes as opposed to the show's normal six.

The brainchild of Charlie Brooker will feature an all-star cast including Andrew Scott, who plays the lovable priest in Fleabag, Anthony Mackie of Captain America, and That '70s Show's Topher Grace.

Also featuring are Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Damson Idris, Nicole Beharie, Pom Klementieff, Angourie Rice, Madison Davenport and Ludi Lin.

Perhaps the biggest name on the cast list is Miley Cyrus who appears to feature in a major storyline from the series.

As ever, the sci-fi anthology series will continue to explore, "a twisted, high-tech near-future where humanity's greatest innovations and darkest instincts collide," reads the official description of the show.

While there are no official synopses for the episodes, we can clean some clues from the trailer: there's a man on the edge of breakdown (Andrew Scott) caused by the constant sound of text messages being received; a young girl (Angourie Rice) suffering with confidence issues who looks to a robot for ill-fated advice; and a man who is dealing with infidelity (Andrew Mackie) before enlisting the help of a piece of technology.

It's also worth noting that two out of three of the episodes from the British show are set in America with American cast, no doubt to cater to a growing US fanbase.

We cannot wait to binge these (with the lights on).
