Dystopian thriller The Handmaid's Tale will be back for its fifth season and we cannot wait!
The VERY exciting news was revealed in a Tweet on the show's official account, which saw cast members tease the filming of the fourth season of the twisted drama.
Although a fourth season of the TV show is yet to air, the cast promised it would be worth the wait, with Ann Dowd, who plays Aunt Lydia in the show, teasing the upcoming outing by excitedly revealing:

"All I can say is...hold onto your seats."
Elisabeth Moss, who plays June in the disturbing show, then adds: "I'm also thrilled to announce that we have been picked up for season five," and praise be!
As other cast members, including Yvonne Strahovski, Joseph Fiennes, Bradley Whitford and Alexis Bledel, appear in the short clip to express their excitement at the news, Samira Wiley, who plays Moira, enthuses: "We got picked up for season five!"

"Blessed be the season five pick up," adds Fiennes.
"It's my privilege and honour to tell this story," says Moss. "It's gonna be a wild ride."
Creator and showrunner Bruce Miller said in a statement: "We're very grateful to Hulu and MGM that the show will be returning for a fifth season, and especially to our loyal fans for their support.
