Phillip Schofield has confirmed that ITV is now casting for its reboot of The Cube.

The popular game show was reported to be returning last month, but at the time we weren't told whether Phil would be reprising his hosting duties.

However, now he's put a callout for contestants on his social media - meaning his return seems all the more likely.

Alongside the casting call, which he posted on his Insta Stories, he wrote: 'Yes! Game on! Can you beat the Cube?"

The casting call teased that the new series was going to be "bigger than ever," and added that it would be produced in a Covid-19 friendly way.

"We are looking for teams of two people from the same household/ household support bubble," the callout wrote.

It suggested the duos could be "partners, parent & child, siblings etc. Or flatmates/ friends", and stated they were after "a mix of abilities and personalities".

Sound like you and your loved one?!

Well, you can apply now by clicking here.

If you're on the fence about signing up, Deadline is also reporting that ITV is planning to "significantly increase the potential prize money in the reboot".

So, there's that too...

Filming is currently expected to take place in London between August 10th to August 14th, so contestants will have to be free on these dates, too.

You have until 6pm on July 26th to apply, although this could change at the producer's discretion.

The Cube ran on ITV from 2009 to 2015, before it came to an end.

It sees contestants struggle to complete a series of mental and physical challenges from inside a Perspex cube.

However, the only person to beat it is athlete Sir Mo Farah - which just about proves about difficult it is.

Could we be seeing you battle the cube in the upcoming series?!
