Christmas season is well underway over at Netflix and the latest festive film which has left viewers crying their eyes out is... Christmas Chronicles 2.
The sequel to 2018's The Christmas Chronicles - starring Kurt Russell as Santa Clause and Goldie Hawn as Mrs. Claus - landed on the streamer on 25 November.
In the first film siblings Kate (Darby Camp) and Teddy Pierce (Judah Lewis), who attempt to capture Santa Claus on Christmas Eve.
It does not go to plan and the siblings accidentally crashed Santa's sleigh. But all was well in the end, when the pair teamed up with Santa and saved Christmas. In the second movie, the film will revisit Kate - now a teenager - and Teddy.

The sequel re-introduces us to Kate, now a cynical teenager, who is unhappy about spending a family Christmas trip in Mexico with her mom's new boyfriend and his son, Jack (Jahzir Bruno).
Kate decides to run away but Jack follows and they are both unexpectedly transported to the North Pole and the two must help save Christmas.
"If Christmas Chronicles 1 and 2 make me cry ONE more time. What the hell?!" tweeted on viewer, with a crying emoji.

Another Twitter user made a list of movies that made him cry and Christmas Chronicles 2 took the top spot.
A third account admitted to crying after just seeing an advert for the film. They said: "oh what's that Netflix a promo for Christmas Chronicles 2 where Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell just talk to each other yes I am happy crying

There were many more tears shed because of the Christmas flick, with one person sharing "Was in here watching Christmas Chronicles 2 with my niece... why am I crying".
Another happy viewer added: "Crying at the airport scene in Christmas Chronicles 2 ma wee heart cannot cope"
"I am a 22 year old man crying at The Christmas Chronicles 2...." tweeted another
One woman said: "I just finished watching Christmas Chronicles 2 whilst Whatsapp FaceTiming a friend who was also watching it. It was amaaazzing and has made me feel very Christmassy".
