Teddy Soares and Faye Winter's Love Island relationship has been far from smooth sailing.
And now Teddy's family have spoken out about how they really feel about Faye.
During a Q&A on Teddy's Instagram stories, a fan asked how the family felt about the way Faye had been treating Teddy in the villa.
"We have to bear in mind, we're not shown the entirety of every situation. Yes we don't agree with how Faye reacted but if her apology was genuine then we see potential growth," his family responded.

"We are happy Teddy conducted himself as a true gentleman would."
Love Island received nearly 25,000 Ofcom complaints following Faye and Teddy's explosive row, with many claiming Faye was being "unreasonable".
It all kicked off when Faye was shown a video clip during the Movie Night Challenge of Teddy telling Clarisse Juliette in Casa Amor that there was "sexual attraction".
In regards to the complaints, Teddy's family said, "We respect it. It's good to see that the nation has a great moral compass."
Faye has since apologised about her outburst and the pair appear to be back on track.

But some viewers felt Teddy may have forgiven her too quickly.
"You can't knock a man down for fighting for what he loves," said Teddy's family.
"Teddy was trying to understand what Faye's reason was for being triggered. He felt he stayed true to himself at Casa Amor and he wanted Faye to understand that.
"Teddy is not here for the drama, he's here for love."
When asked if they will accept Faye into the family, they responded: "We haven't seen everything. We've only seen 1 hour episodes that are tailored for entertainment. Teddy's family would accept and support anyone that makes him happy."

Faye's family have previously spoken out about some of the devastating abuse they have been receiving on social media following her behaviour in the villa.
