We never knew how much we missed ya: Sister Sister has now dropped on Netflix.

The classic 90's TV series stars twin sisters Tia and Tamera, who were separated at birth. While one was adopted by a single mother, the other was adopted by a married couple in the suburbs. After 14 years pass, the pair meet each other by chance and are reunited.

It originally aired from 1994 and finished after six seasons in 1999, but fans of the series still remember Tia and Tamera's hijinks today.

Netflix announced the show was landing on Friday 6th November on Twitter, before adding that other 90's classics Girlfriends and Moesha will drop on the streaming service on 13th and 20th November, respectively.

The series' debut on the UK's edition of Netflix comes after Sister Sister was added to Netflix in America in September.

The show was hugely popular on the site, and quickly was included on the Nielsen streaming ranker, which assesses which shows on Netflix are the most watched by audiences.

Fans were thrilled to see Sister Sister now available to view, and quickly took to Twitter to announce their streaming plans.

"Sister Sister is now on Netflix!" wrote one. "Who's joining me for a binge fest?"

"Me af after seeing Sister Sister and Moesha are coming to Netflix!" said another, followed by an excitable GIF.

"Finally! Netflix listened to us!" added a third.

Real-life twins Tia and Tamera Mowry, who played the sisters in the show, have previously teased plans to revive the show.

In October 2018, Mowry said that the reboot was "very close", and that she and her sister would be reprising their original roles.

Jackée Harry fuelled the rumours. The actor, who played Tia's mother in the series, said on Steve Harvey's talk show that a Sister Sister reboot "is happening".

Pass us the popcorn, we know what we're doing this weekend!
