Sherif Lanre has finally reacted to his Love Island departure, saying he hopes he's "provided some positive moments."
The 20-year old chef and semi-pro rugby player was booted out of the villa this week after breaking unspecified 'show rules'. Now, Sherif has addressed the drama for the first time in an Instagram Story post.
"Thank you to everyone including my friends and family for the support I've come back to," started the ex-Islander.
"I appreciate you all and hope I provided some good positive moments during my time on Love Island," he continued, adding: "and for anyone wondering I'm all good."

He finished his post, set to a black background, with the hashtags "#ItIsWhatItIs" and "#BiggerThingsToCome".
Sherif, who struck up a romance with Anna Vakili during his time in the villa, didn't address the reasons for he exit, a topic that has been rife with speculation.
ITV hasn't confirmed exactly which rule Sherif broke, but most people seem to think he may have secretly snuck in a phone to communicate with the outside world.
On Tuesday, a spokesperson for the show confirmed that Sherif "mutually agreed" to leave the show with producers.

In a statement, Sherif said: "In a case of poor judgement, I broke the villa rules and as a result agreed with the producers that it was best for me to leave the villa."
He added: "I regret that I didn't conduct myself in the right way and, as a 20 year old guy, it's something I know I will take on board and learn from. I really enjoyed my time in the villa and look forward to catching up with everyone on the outside."
On Tuesday night's show, Sherif's exit was briefly referenced by narrator Ian Stirling, but the reasons why were not touched on.
Today an ITV spokesperson told Pretty52 that the Londoner won't be appearing on Love Island's spin-off show Aftersun this Sunday, saying there are "no plans" for him to talk about his departure from the villa.
