Selling Sunset delighted fans last year with its juicy insight into the cutthroat and glamorous world of the Los Angeles property market, and now the docu-soap is officially back for another series.
Yes, Netflix has announced the series is back for a round two, landing on the platform May 22nd along with a host of other series and films.

Selling Sunset followed six real estate agents - Mary, Christine, Chrishell, Maya, Heather and Davina - working in LA's lucrative property market as they attempt to navigate their work and personal lives.
The agents, part of Oppenheim Group, owned by twin brothers Jason and Brett Oppenheim, work the highly-competitive market selling luxury homes to some of the districts richest clients.
And with the ladies serving to make up to $1 million in commission per property, you can bet things get ruthless.
Think of it like a mashup between Real Housewives and The Hills.

Netflix have remained tight-lipped about the next season and if it will follow on directly from the last.
However, we do know that season 1 ended in a bust up between Christine and Chrishell, with the former calling her colleague a "b*tch who must own a Sunglasses Hut because she is so f*cking shady."
Absolutely withering! Will they make up?

We also know that a new cast member will excitingly be joining the team of agents: interior design specialist and agent Amanza Smith.
Sharing the news on her Instagram, Amanza wrote: "Did someone say Season 2 of Selling Sunset was just announced?! I wonder who's the new cast member??? Giggle giggle... ITS ME!"

Fans of the show were thrilled the reality show was making a return, no doubt desperate to know if Christine and Chrishell ever reconciled.
"Selling sunset season 2 comes out may 22....thank GOD," wrote one excited fan.
"Selling Sunset Season 2 is going to be on Netflix soon! I've been waiting a year for this!," buzzed a second.
A third enthused: "Season 2 of Dead to Me AND Selling Sunset are coming to Netflix in May!? Hell. Yes."
