It's one of the best true crime drama series out there, and now, American Crime Story will be back on screens with its brand new series, Impeachment.
The latest iteration, from American Horror Story and Glee mastermind Ryan Murphy, will focus on the 1998 sex scandal between then President Bill Clinton and his relationship with 22-year-old White House employee Monica Lewinsky, and the subsequent impeachment trial.

And now we've been given our first look at what we can expect from the series, as the show went into production earlier this month.
Our first look pictures show American Crime Story regular Sarah Paulson star as Linda Tripp - the lawyer who recorded the confidential conversations from Lewinsky about the details of her relationship with the president.
Meanwhile, Booksmart actor Beanie Feldstein stars as Lewinsky.

The pair have been spotted on set together while filming; Beanie kept things casual, pairing her smart black dress with a pair of Ugg boots, while Sarah is unrecognisable in her huge fluffy blonde wig as Linda.
Both actors were wearing face masks in order to keep Covid-secure while on production.
Filming on the third season on the limited series was meant to start in early spring this year, but production was halted due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

While work on Impeachment started earlier this month, production has since been shut down again after it was reported a member of crew had tested positive for coronavirus, and filming will be picked up again in 2021.
The new series will also star Clive Owen as Bill Clinton, Annaleigh Ashford as Paula Jones and Billy Eichner as journalist Matt Drudge.
And despite having played horrifying parts before, playing lawyer Linda is particularly nerve-wracking for Sarah.
"It's really scary," she told Collider. "I think the scripts are very special. I really do. I really do. And it's a huge stretch for me as an actor and that is thrilling."

"Linda is complicated."
