January is our favourite time to stay in, watch Netflix and recover from the Christmas craziness - which is why we're very excited that RuPaul's new show, AJ and the Queen has just hit Netflix.

In time for a weekend binge watch, the ten-part series will see our favourite drag queen in his first ever leading acting role as he transforms into Ruby Red.

It's created by Ru himself as well as Sex and the City mastermind, Michael Patrick King - so let's face it, we already know we're in *very* good hands.

The series focuses on drag queen Ruby (real name Robert), who is about to open her own bar/club after saving up $100,000. But devastatingly, Ruby's money is stolen by her ex-boyfriend, Arrow (Josh Seggara).

After coming to terms with losing her life savings, Ruby decided to embark on a tour of America to earn back the lost earnings, but on the way she discovers 11-year-old AJ (Izzy G) has been hiding away in her camper van.
