'RuPaul's Drag Race' Season 12 Line-Up Has Been Revealed

RuPaul fans, assemble! The Season 12 line-up of RuPaul's Drag Race US has been revealed *and* a start date has also been confirmed.

Ru-vealing the news on social media, 13 new queens will be returning to our screens in a matter of weeks to battle it out to be the next drag superstar.

Announcing the news on Twitter, fans were introduced to the new contestants by last year's winner, Yvie Oddly.

"The year is 2020 and there's a fierce urgency of now, we must persist, move forward, tear down walls, reclaim our drag!" She said.

"Thirteen new candidates await the chance to become America's next drag superstar. They're the best of the best."

Enter the queens! The line-up consists of: Aiden Zhane, Brita, Crystal Methyd, Dahlia Sin, Gigi Goode, Heidi In Closet, Jackie Cox, Jaida Essence Hall, Jan, Nicky Doll, Rock M Sakura, Sherry Pie, and Widow Von'Du.

We don't have too long to wait before the new season either, after a release date was also announced on Thursday evening.

The show will officially return on Friday 28th February and will be available to watch on VH1 in the US as well as Netflix in the UK.
