The world certainly feels like it needs some warm and fuzziness at the moment - so, what better time for the Queer Eye cast to announce they're currently filming season 6?

Yep, about as feel-good as it gets, Netflix revealed that the self-help show was currently on location in Austin, Texas filming.

While it didn't unveil any further details at the time, we do know that all our faves: Bobby Berk, Karamo Brown, Tan France, Antoni Porowski and Jonathan Van Ness are set to appear in their usual roles.

The show confirmed the news by sharing a photo of the Fab Five dressed in their best Western ensembles, posing up a storm in front of Austin's famed El Arroyo restaurant.

It comes as we're already awaiting the drop of Queer Eye season 5, which will be set in Philadelphia and is expected to air this summer.

We don't yet have an official release date for either instalment yet - but it's good to know that, with two seasons in the pipelines, we're not going to have a Queer Eye shaped hole in our lives any time soon.

It's hard to believe the feel-good show (a reboot of Bravo's Queer Eye for the Straight Guy) only launched officially in 2018, and has already run for four seasons.

Last year, we were also treated to a four-episode Japan special, in which the Fab Five got to grips with how differences in both American and Japanese culture directly impacted our happiness.

And the Fab Five have been very busy with their own personal ventures, too.

Karomo Brown was a contestant on Dancing With The Stars, while Tan France served as co-host on Netflix's new hit, Next In Fashion, alongside best pal Alexa Chung.

It's been a busy time for Antoni Porowski, too, who recently launched his own cookbook, while interiors guru Bobby Berk has been trying his hand as stand-up comedy.

And let's not forget hair and beauty pro Jonathan Van Ness, who recently toured the world performing a one man show - gymnastics and all.

We'll update you when we have more info on the next two series of Queer Eye. We can't wait to see this lot back together as a five-some.
