As part of This Morning's 30th birthday celebrations, Phillip Schofield skydived into the studios live on air with the Red Arrows, and it was brilliant.

Phil didn't even look slightly nervous as he shouted "let's get this show on the road", before jumping from 15,000 feet in the air.

The show started with a clip of the 56-year-old sat in the back of a taxi on his way into the studio, where he could be seen panicking on the phone to co-host Holly Willoughby because he might not make it in time...

Of course, Holly couldn't do the show without Phil, so she promised to make a few calls.

Dermot O'Leary then got involved, he told Holly he would 'call in some favours' .

After going through several different celebrities, the phone call ended up with Prime Minister Theresa May, who had clearly taken a minute out of her embarrassing dancing schedule to help out.

Speaking to Phil on the phone, she said: "It's This Morning's 30th birthday, you absolutely have to be there... I know just the people who can help you.

"Remember Phillip, the nation's going to be watching. Good luck!"

This led to Phil meeting up the Red Devils, who eventually convinced him to plummet to the ground from a helicopter.

Luckilly, he made it to the studios 'just in time' for the show to start

Yesterday's show turned out to be quite a show, after Alison Hammond pushed an innocent man into the Liverpool Docks while trying to present the weather.

Alison Hammond was tasked with the challenge of presenting the weather from a map floating on the Royal Albert Dock in Liverpool.

However, as she moved around the map, her clothing got caught on a sparkly Welsh dragon which was on the platform.

As Alison attempted a leap from England to Northern Ireland, the man put his hand out to help her but she accidentally shoved him in the water...

It was even more embarrassing for the topless sailor, as he was wearing all white as he fell into the murky water.

Of course, in true Alison style the presenter began to flap while the poor sailor had to try and drag himself back onto the floating map.

The presenter apologised and called for someone to get him a towel. She said: "Oh my god, get a towel! I'm so embarrassed!"

As 'the show must go on' Alison finished the report, finishing it by introducing the man, whose name was Chris and explaining that he was okay.
