Peaky Blinders producers have dropped a big hint that season five could be one of the bloodiest in the show's history.
The official Peaky Blinders Instagram account posted an image of a revolver and a blood-spattered clapper-board, along with the tantalising caption: "First day back on set for #PeakyBlinders Series 5. You're sure of a big surprise."
The clapperboard slate, titled 'If You Go Down To The Woods Today,' was for a scene filmed on Monday and was directed by Anthony Byrne, who's previously worked on Ripper Street, Silent Witness and earlier episodes of Peaky Blinders.

Fans were obviously thrilled with the grisly post, with one commenter saying: "I can't wait. I can't wait!!!! I feel like I need to rewatch it all!!!"
This bloody clue comes after the announcement that next season's story will pick up in the wake of the financial stock market crash of 1929, and will focus on Tommy as he sets his sights on the British government.
Here's the official season five synopsis: "Series five of Steven Knight's crime family saga finds the world thrown into turmoil by the financial crash of 1929.
"Opportunity and misfortune are everywhere. When Tommy Shelby MP (Cillian Murphy) is approached by a charismatic politician with a bold vision for Britain, he realises that his response will affect not just his family's future but that of the entire nation."

Cillian will be joined by Helen McCrory, Paul Anderson, Sophie Rundle, Finn Cole, Kate Phillips and Natasha O'Keefe in season five, who are all reprising their roles in the BBC gangster drama.
Filming got underway in Manchester last year, and Paul, who plays Arthur Shelby, has already shared behind-the-scenes photos of himself in full costume for his fans.
"The story of the Peaky Blinders and of the Shelby family gets woven into the political fabric of Britain and Europe as the 1920s end and the '30s begin," creator Steven Knight said earlier.

"Tommy Shelby faces the darkest force he has ever faced and his struggle is as relevant today as it was then."
