While parliament debates on all the complicated details surrounding Brexit, Paul Hollywood has sparked the only real debate worth talking about - The Great Crumpet Debate.
Tuesday night's Great Celebrity Bake Off saw the likes of Jeremy Paxman, Sally Lindsay and Georgia Toffolo battle it out over not just any crumpets, but chocolate crumpets.

Understandably, judges Paul and Prue Leith were met with confusion from the tent, as none of the bakers had ever even seen chocolate crumpets, let alone made them.
It seems Prue agreed with the thoughts of the tent as she told her fellow judge:"You are very cruel, Paul Hollywood."
Needless to say, Paul's bizarre challenge divided the nation and left them debating the chocolate snack all over social media.

After the challenge, the judges decided Jeremy Paxman's crumpets had been 'turned too early', while Sally's resembled a 'memory foam mattress.'
However, while Toff's chocolate crumpets were hailed 'not too bad,' comedian Joe Wilkinson was the clear winner after his crumpets were deemed '99 per cent perfect.'
