Dropping on Netflix on 26th August, Million Dollar Beach House will transport viewers to the champagne-poppin' world of the Hamptons, the wealthy beach community on the eastern side of Long Island.
With its glamorous cast, property porn and inside take on a high stakes industry, the show ticks the same boxes Selling Sunset, which delves into the cut-throat competition of the LA property market.
In this series, thought, the spotlight falls on brokers working for Nest Seekers, whose mission is to get clients to snap up million-dollar mansions on the coast of the Hamptons, close to New York.

Going by the Netflix description, Million Dollar Beach House will give "a bird's eye view into the day-to-day life of the Hamptons' youngest and most exclusive group of real estate agents, documenting their private lives and posh coastline listings".
To which we say: yes please.
"The Hamptons is one of the most competitive places to be a real estate agent," narrates the trailer, over a mind-blowing montage of palatial properties with ocean views and infinity pools.

It continues: "In a perfect world, we will break one million dollars a year in commission."
"It's a lot of stress, it's a pressure cooker."
Going by the clip, the series will follow five savvy, big-earning brokers as they compete to close deals on properties during the crucial period between Memorial Day (July) and Labour Day (September).
