Netflix's ‘Selling Sunset’ Could Be Getting A Spin-Off

Selling Sunset star Jason Oppenheim says he's "strongly considering" opening up six new Oppenheim Group offices across the US - and you know what this means!

There could be a series of spin-off shows on the way...

The real estate guru - who is president and founder of The Oppenheim Group - told Metro.co.uk: "Over the last few weeks, I have strongly considered opening up more offices and expanding the brokerage and I think I am going to do that."

The Oppenheim Group is the focus of the popular Netflix show, which follows a group of real estate agents working in Los Angeles' luxury and lucrative property market.

The show serves up plenty of drama in the form of divorce, weddings, gossip, competition and bitchiness, and really does have every ingredient of a brilliant reality show - so the thought of more spin-offs to come is very exciting indeed.

Jason continued: "There are several places where I am considering. Outside of California would be Miami and New York, and then inside of California, I'm considering Beverly Hills, The Valley, Santa Monica and Orange County."

Earlier this week, we told you how Jason had said he regrets signing up for the Netflix show.

Speaking to HELLO!, he said: "Had I known the show would be this focused on our personal lives I probably wouldn't have signed up for it.

"I wanted it to be all about the nuances of real estate, but I now realise the show I envisaged wouldn't be that popular! I've come to accept the idea that I'm on more of a reality show than a real estate show."

But the drama seems to have continued off camera, as this week we told you how Jason's twin brother, Brett Oppenheim (who also stars in the show) has reportedly left the business.

Fellow star Christine Quinn revealed the news, saying Brett had left The Oppenheim Group to start his own brokerage, Oppenheim Real Estate.

And who knows, maybe a spin off show could come from that one, too eh? Certainly seems to be an exciting time for the Oppenheim twins!
