While we all love a good psychological thriller to get us through the long lockdown evenings, Netflix's latest launch is leaving viewers extremely confused, and it's not even 90 minutes long.

Starring Riverdale's Madelaine Petsch and Lucifer's Alexander Koch, Sightless tells the story of a former violinist who becomes suspicious of the new people in her life and their 'alarming behaviour' as she recovers from an assault that rendered her blind.

And while Rotten Tomatoes has given the movie a whopping 80 per cent rating, it seems viewers have been left rather confused - and they are taking to Twitter to let us know about it.

"Sightless (movie) Netflix it's get [sic] better it's confusing at first," said one person after watching the movie, with another adding: "The most confusing movie on #Netflix Ooh my #sightless watch at own risk."

A third agreed, tweeting that: "the move [sic] sightless is so confusing."

"Sightless on Netflix is confusing but good!" said another.

A fifth tweeted: "Has anyone watched Sightless on Netflix? Ah weh di?! This movie is pissing me off kmt."

Still, sounds like pretty good Friday night viewing to us!

Speaking of Riverdale, Season 5 has just landed on the same streaming giant and don't worry if you can't remember what happened at the end of Season 4 - the new season will encompass the last few episodes of the fourth instalment so you can catch up easily.
