There's a new supernatural thriller series dropping on Netflix this month and it looks sooo good.

Curon is a psychological Italian drama focusing on a woman named Anna (Valeria Bilello) who returns to her hometown of Curon with her teenage twins - Mauro (Federico Russo) and Daria (Margherita Morchio).

Mauro is deaf while Daria - who is "always angry with everyone around her or with her mother" - has a very complex relationship with her mum.

The three arrive in Curon, with Anna being reunited with her family - who she hasn't seen for 17 years.

But, events take an eery turn when Anna mysteriously disappears and the twins start to investigate. Despite its calm and tranquil appearances, they uncover a series of dark secrets in the town and come face to face with an unnerving side of their family.

in the very creep trailer, a voice can be heard saying: "It sounds like terrible things happened here.

"Disappearances, violent deaths, visions, shadows."

The kids soon realise there is a curse on the town and "when you hear the bells of the old church tower ringing, repressed feelings come back to the surface." Sounds freaky.

The eery thriller is made up of seven episodes and arrives on Netflix on Wednesday 10th June.

And if the trailer is anything to go by, it looks seriously gripping. It all kicks off with Anna and the twins arriving in Curon, with Daria asking her mum: "Why Curon, didn't you say you never want to go back?"

After a long car journey, they finally arrive and begin settling into their new life, with the teenagers attending a new school and Anna explaining it's "exactly how she remembers it".

But viewers get a sense that something isn't quite right, when Anna's dad says "you know you can't stay here" - much to his daughter's horror.

"I always have the same nightmare, I've tried to forget but I didn't manage," Anna says, before viewers learn she has disappeared.

"The curse destroys everything."

Other characters include Albert (played by Alessandro Tedeschi). Albert is the forest ranger and also Anna's ex. He's married to Klara (Anna Ferzetti), but now Anna is back in town, feelings seem to be returning, no matter how hard he tries to fight them.

Also starring is Juju Di Domenico as Micki, Luca Castellano as Lukas and Giulio Brizzi as Giulio.

We're so glad this drops on Netflix in a matter of days - we can't wait to binge!
