Netflix's Behind Her Eyes Viewers Left 'Gobsmacked' By 'Mind-Blowing' Ending

Ever since Behind Her Eyes dropped on Netflix this week, not only have viewers been binge watching the show in one sitting, but they've also been talking about one part in particular. The ending.

Yep, if you've already watched, you'll know the six-part psychological thriller has quite the conclusion, and it's left fans in utter disarray.

In case you're yet to binge, Simona Brown plays Louise, a single mum who ends up having an affair with her boss, psychiatrist, David (Tom Bateman).

In a random twist of fate, she ends up befriending his wife Adele (Eve Hewson) and finds herself embroiled in the secrets and lies within their marriage.

The drama - which is an adaptation of the book by Sarah Pinborough - also stars Robert Aramayo and is produced by the same makers of The Crown.

If you've read the book, you'll know there's a major twist at the end - so much so that when the book was first released, #WTFthatending started trending on Twitter.

And it seems the series doesn't disappoint when it comes to the ending, with fans taking to social media in complete shock at the "mind blowing" twist.

Another tweeted: "The ending of Behind Her Eyes had me, not gonna lie wtf." While a sixth commented: "So I've just binged Behind Her Eyes in one day and lemme tell you.... It's not what you expect at first. AT ALL. That ending...I am speechless."
