Already binge-watched seasons 1-3 of Netflix's Selling Sunset and craving a fresh slice of property porn with a side of drama?

Well, look no further than new reality series Million Dollar Beach House, which lands on the streamer on Wednesday 26th August.

Much like Selling Sunset, which delved into the plush and polished world of LA's luxury property market, Million Dollar Beach House follows a group of brokers as they sell swish homes to the rich and famous.

This time, though, the setting is the Hamptons, the wealthy beachside community on the eastern side of Long Island, full of lavish ocean-facing houses, gated estates and designer boutiques.

The series follows the personal and private lives of brokers working with real estate group Nest Seekers as they compete to close deals on properties during the all-important period between Memorial Day (July) and Labour Day (September).

Like Selling Sunset, there's cut-throat competition, jaw-dropping real estate and a cast of characters who look like they just stepped out of a magazine shoot.

If you're missing Christine, Chrishell, Heather and their fellow agents, then Million Dollar Beach House should fill the Oppenheim Group-shaped hole in your life.

"The Hamptons is one of the most competitive places to be a real estate agent," narrates the trailer, over a mind-blowing montage of palatial properties with ocean views and infinity pools.

It continues: "In a perfect world, we will break one million dollars a year in commission."

"It's a lot of stress, it's a pressure cooker."

Netflix describe the show as: "a bird's eye view into the day-to-day life of the Hamptons' youngest and most exclusive group of real estate agents, documenting their private lives and posh coastline listings".

To which we say: yes please.
